Recruiting experience counts

Our in-house database includes over 28,000 potential study group participants from Spokane, Seattle, Portland, Boise, Yakima, Tri-Cities, and more. We recruit using Random Digit Dialing (RDD) and Listed Samples to ensure participants are not “professionals.”

We can also recruit from a variety of client samples, our in-house database, listed samples, RDD, or a mixed sample — your choice.

Our expertise has been honed over decades of recruiting for legal focus groups and mock trials. This often involves finding fresh participants with no prior study experience, meeting specific demographic quotas, and following strict security protocols. These measures ensure our work accurately reflects potential juries in the area and does not bias the jury pool.

Our recruiting process

We pride ourselves on being flexible and thorough in our recruiting process. Each screener is fully programmed into our system, allowing for omni-channel recruiting via telephone, email, and SMS. Our recruiters train on all screeners before interviewing, and every recruit, even those who self-screen online or via SMS, is telephone screened for accuracy and articulation.

As recruits progress through the process, they are vetted and rescreened to ensure their commitment to the research. This thorough approach results in a 90 to 100% attendance rate for many studies. If you wish to be involved in the screening or rescreening process, we are happy to incorporate your methods to find the perfect respondents for your study.

We also screen participants for online studies based on their technological ability and experience. For those who may be insecure or inexperienced, we offer personal practice sessions to enhance their experience. We manage all participant incentives ourselves and work directly with participants to handle any details, allowing you to focus on your research.
