Strategic Research has access to focus group facilities throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, including our own facilities in Spokane and SeaTac. These key locations allow clients to test both regional and statewide initiatives with one research vendor.
Our research capabilities extend beyond these facilities. With our connections and dedicated AV team, we can host your focus group anywhere—hotels, your office, parks, and more. We conduct market research just about everywhere.
We ensure that all facilities we provide are up-to-date, expertly hosted, and equipped with quality equipment.
Each of our facilities is equipped with in-house live streaming (we can stream direct to Zoom for client viewing and meetings), and also Forsta/FocusVision Live.
Seatac (Supports Seattle & Tacoma regional recruits)
Our Seatac facility includes CCTV viewing of focus group rooms, free parking, dedicated hosting, and free streaming of all your sessions included in our fees.
One unique feature of this space is our Living Room testing room. Are you ready for a more intimate focus group session? This space is always ready for use, at no additional charge.
Spokane (Supports Spokane Metro regional recruits)
Our Spokane facility in the Historic Dusquesne building is located Downtown, and includes a full featured facility, one-way glass for client viewing, and free streaming of all your sessions included in our fees.
Dedicated parking is available adjacent to our office building at a nominal fee per participant.
Group Rental Rate
Per group up to 4 hours; this fee includes rental of our testing room, and all AV recording and hosting fees.
We do not require recruiting purchases for booking!
Parking and meal fees are additional, if required.

Weekly Office Space Rental
Do you just need furnished office space to utilize while you are in the market? Our offices are available for rent.
This rate is no-host, no-AV, but you have access to all of our tools, office supplies, desks, and furnishings to host your own meetings, conduct business, and have a landing place if you are looking for temporary office and meeting space.
Are you an area non-profit?
Do you need a third space for … anything? Our space is available for no-cost use, just ask!
We will open our doors, and you can utilize our meeting rooms, kitchens, and more for anything you want to use them for. Our space is great for board meetings, smaller community meet-ups (10-30 people), engagement with the nearby community, etc.

Online (Zoom, or similar) focus group support
Our team is dedicated to meeting your project’s needs. We can collaborate with you to implement your online focus group using the meeting platform of your choice.
We recommend using Zoom, as it is the most accessible and convenient tool for participants of all technology skill levels. Zoom has proven to be a reliable means of bringing people from diverse backgrounds together for online discussions.
This online focus group solution using Zoom includes hosting and technical support for both your teams and the participants, recording of the sessions, and a virtual client backroom if needed.

Driving Directions
To Strategic Research Spokane – located at 161 S Browne Street (Parking Lot location), 29 W Pacific Ave (Street Entrance, Deliveries), Spokane, WA 99201
From I-90
- Take the Division Street exit northbound. Move to the left-hand lane, and prepare to turn left in two blocks
- Turn left onto Pacific Avenue
- Continue on Pacific for two blocks to Browne Street, turn left onto Browne, and follow it up just a half a block to the rear of the Bridge Press Cellars building; turn left into 161 S Browne and park in any available place in the parking lot
From North Spokane
- Take Division Street southbound, follow it through where it splits into one-ways downtown, and continue southbound on Browne Street
- Just after you pass through the railroad bridge at Sprague, you will prepare to turn into our parking lot on the left, just after Pacific Ave
- Turn left into 161 S Browne, just past the Bridge Press Cellars building, and park in an available place in the parking lot

Heading North on I-5:
- Keep North toward Seattle
- Take exit 151 onto Military Rd
- Turn left onto Military Rd S
- .3 miles turn left onto S 200 St
- .4 miles turn right onto International Blvd
- .4 miles turn left (at the light taking you into the hotel parking lot)
- 100 ft turn right taking you into Strategic Research Parking lot.
Heading South on I-5:
- Heading south towards SeaTac Airport
- Take exit 152 onto S. 188th St
- 800 feet keep right onto 188th St
- .2 miles turn right onto S. 188th St
- 1.0 miles turn left onto International Blvd
- 0.4 miles turn right into the parking lot.
