HAND HYGIENE COMPLIANCE PROJECT

Project Description: In 2008, SRA was commissioned to conduct the survey mailing and data entry for the VISN Evidence-Based Collaboration on Hand-Hygiene Compliance (VEBC) project.

PATIENT OUTCOME TRACKING

Project Description: Working on behalf of the SORCC, SRA administers the recruitment of discharged patients to participate in the Department of Outcomes patient tracking survey. The project had two primary components: (1) Data entry of patient records and creating a respondent identifier system to comply with HIPAA confidentiality guidelines. (2) Mailing post cards to discharged patients which asked them to contact the Department of Outcomes to take a follow survey. SRA also issued a $25 honorarium upon completion of the interview.
